As an Inside Sales Region Manager with Precoa, you will lead a calling team of 5-15 reps focusing on a collection of Southern states
You’ll support our inside sales team by managing workflows, providing daily operational support and coaching team members to achieve their best performance in order to hit regional monthly appointment goals and efficiency metrics

- Become a trusted leader: Coach and mentor a team and work closely with Field and Account Management Stakeholders
- Enjoy flexibility: Work remotely with a consistent weekly schedule. Enjoy getting out of routines with travel in the field (as needed) and/or Precoa headquarters in Portland, OR
- Strive for success: Take complete ownership of managing leads, cultivating a positive team atmosphere, and hitting goals with your inside sales reps
- Strengthen and grow our operations: Lead a winning team as you grow our team's overall efficiency by helping reps set a high volume of quality appointments, contributing directly to Precoa’s success
If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!
- Precoa FPC (call center) experience is preferable
- Experience with Sales Force or other CRM’s
- Previous experience leading a team (in person or remote) and a strong desire to lead a team in a remote environment
- Demonstrate common sense, compassion, empathy and leadership qualities
- Ability to have data driven conversations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Ability to receive feedback and adjust and improve
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Ability to capture notes and to dos effectively, send concise and professional recaps to team members and stakeholders
- Comfortability with CRM systems, PC operations, software and video conferencing
- Ability to work during team operational hours (6AM - 5PM PST)
