Account Manager
Description
Account Manager
Unlock Your Career Potential
You’re a connector and a problem-solver who thrives in motion. You build trust across a variety of colleagues, navigate ambiguity with ease, and love answering, “it depends—here’s why.”
Your communication and multi-tasking skills are top-notch, and you thrive when managing multiple projects at once because you get to connect with a wide variety of people.
If you’re ready to join a collaborative, non‑competitive team with real ownership and variety, this role is for you!
What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)
As a crucial link between Field Sales and the Home Office, you’ll operate at the heart of our business model—supporting 4–6 Field Managers and helping steward $50–60M in account volume.
Your day-to-day spans new client onboarding, regional business reviews, lead‑source support, and customer reporting—all while keeping relationships strong and projects moving.
- Own a high-impact portfolio: Serve as the right hand to Field Managers; anticipate needs, surface insights, and keep initiatives on track.
- Power the engine: Execute new client onboarding, provide quality assurance and make recommendations on how to improve client satisfaction and profitability. You’ll maintain clean, accurate CRM / Salesforce records and account data.
- Be the steady supporter: Assist Field Managers in implementation of quarterly regional business reviews as well as operationalizing lead source programs.
- Collaborate widely: Partner daily with Regional Managers/Directors and Ops; frequently with Contracting, Marketing & Creative, Analytics, and Ops Analysts.
You’ll have semi-regular domestic travel (approx. 3–4 weeks/year or 3–5 days/quarter) to deepen market knowledge and relationships. No two weeks look the same—there’s always room to work your way, try new approaches, and keep growing.
What we offer you as part of #PrecoaLife
- Competitive exempt salary based on experience
- Hybrid flexibility: work remotely or from our office, with travel for connection
- 18 days PTO, minimum 6-weeks paid parental leave and 10 paid holidays annually
- Health, Dental, and Vision benefits
- 401k, with company match
- $25,000 AD&D Policy and $25,000 Life Insurance Policy
Skills you may have to make you a success!
- Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS in Business Management preferred)
- 3+ years relevant work experience preferred
- Interest and ability to manage a semi-regular schedule of domestic travel (approx. 5-6 weeks per year).
- Home base near to Portland, OR preferred.
- Proficient technology skills (Salesforce, Google Drive, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability and interest to master programs quickly
