As a Regional Manager in Virginia, you’ll lead a team with the same dedication to excellence that has shaped your own journey. This role blends your deep understanding of the funeral profession with the chance to develop others to achieve their best and serve more families.
What you’ll do (and why it matters!)
In this role, you will be a mentor and coach to Funeral Directors committed to exceptional care and service. You’ll provide personalized guidance and help your team meet sales goals in a way that aligns with Precoa’s mission of compassion, craftsmanship, and integrity.
You’ll lead regular team meetings, share strategies to empower your team to exceed sales goals and create unforgettable, meaningful experiences for families. In collaboration with Field Management and our funeral home partners, you’ll drive our shared vision forward – to prearrange all families.
While guiding your team, you’ll hone your own leadership skills—tracking performance metrics, offering insights to senior leadership, and celebrating record-breaking achievements we make as a team.

Skills you may have to make you a success!
- Funeral Director License required
- Current life insurance license, or ability to attain one
- 2-5 years of successful industry experience with a record of excellence
- 3 years in a sales or sales management role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Willingness to travel within the region - relocation assistance available if needed
