  • Base salary + commission based on experience and ability (typically average $65,000-$90,000/annually)

Transform the experience of loss

As one of our elite 20+ Account Representatives, you will serve as an important liaison and main point of contact for one of our premier partner funeral homes. 

You’ll meet with families and transform the way people experience loss while representing our groundbreaking model of Proactive Preneed.

What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

  • Manage relationships at both consumer and business level: You will efficiently manage appointments with families in the community of our partners and deepen relationships within our industry.

  • Follow up and close: You will be backed by a team that brings you qualified leads and appointments so you can make the most of connecting with families, drive a higher closing rate and increase your earning potential.

  • Build a purposeful career: You will be mentored on the unique Precoa business model and obtain an insurance license so that you feel confident prearranging and prefunding funeral services now and, in the future.

  • Advance into leadership: You'll have many opportunities to motivate and lead our Advance Funeral Planners on a steady track that can propel you into sales leadership.

  • Funeral Director License REQUIRED
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and relationship development skills
  • Ability to effectively close pre-set, qualified appointments
  • Excellent communication skills, lead generation, and networking abilities
  • Current life insurance license
