• Serve with Compassion: Connect with families to guide them through preneed planning, cemetery sales and aftercare with genuine care and understanding.

• Earn what You Deserve: Earn competitive W2 base salary, benefits and uncapped commissions (typical average of $55,000-$80,000/annually).

• Grow Professionally: With a life insurance license, or the ability to obtain one, you’ll gain valuable professional credentials in a rewarding and recession-proof industry!

• Follow a Proven Process: Your attention to detail and process-driven mindset will help families make important decisions and ensure all necessary steps are completed and the family is fully supported.

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
• Experience in consultative sales environment
• Strong interpersonal sales abilities including listening and relationship development skills
• Process-oriented ability with a caring, compassionate nature
