What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it)

  • Make what you want: Earn training pay base and commission compensation that you control by closing pre-set appointment (ranges between $60,000-$100,00)

As a Cemetery Sales Representative and Advance Funeral Planner, you have access to a team of Family Service Advisor agents to help you grow and succeed in this role. With a commitment to participative management, you can expect open discussion and to be recognized for the ingenuity and teamwork focused on improvement and service to our customers.

 

You’ll have support so you can focus on what you do best - upholding the Spring Grove legacy to educate the community about the significance of pre-arrangements and memorialization.

If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!

  • Ability to obtain a life insurance license (can be completed through training)
  • 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
  • Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
  • Ability to effectively close appointments
  • Excellent listening and persuasive communication skills
