Documentation and Training Lead Manager

What you will be doing
The Documentation and Training Lead manages a team of trainers who deliver instructor-led IT application training to small and large groups, both informally and formally. The training lead is responsible for all documentation and training resources; oversees testing on all system enhancements and version/releases; ensures documentation quality control; and ensures appropriate OCOUNS training and training materials are available to support field deployment training requirements. 


What you will need

  • BA/BS and 5+ years professional experience managing a team of <10 technical or training resources.  Also requires active ISA/TS security clearance; cannot consider candidates unless they already possess required clearance.
  • International travel experience is a plus
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and computer skills are required. Key technical skills include Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and Adobe.
  • Some familiarity with Linux commands is helpful and experience with multimedia (e.g., Captivate) is a plus.

 

Clearance:
A minimum of an active TS clearance is required for this role. Higher clearances can be held and managed on this program.
