About the role:
The Process Master will join the Live Casino Product team to create, design, and implement end-to-end delivery processes, even where no existing documentation or processes exist. This role ensures workflows are clear, stable, and easy to use in Jira, maintains a knowledge base, and enables smooth onboarding of new team members. The Process Master will work closely with LC Product Team, and other business units to align processes and ensure seamless end-to-end LC Product delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyse, clarify, and improve existing delivery workflows - or create them from scratch where none exist.
  • Design and implement end-to-end delivery processes that are simple, documented, and actionable in Jira.
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base for all processes and LC Prodct teams workflows.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new team members on processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate across the Product team, and with other business units to ensure all activities are aligned for smooth delivery.
  • Track process performance, define KPIs, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years in process management, ideally in gaming or complex project environments.
  • Proven experience owning and implementing processes, including creating processes and documentation from scratch, with Jira and Confluence expertise.
  • Understanding of SDLC and how it integrates into end-to-end delivery workflows.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Experience creating knowledge bases and facilitating onboarding.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams, both inside and outside the Product team, to align end-to-end delivery.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English (fluency is required, as the company is international and daily communication in English with colleagues is essential).
