The Role:
As a Facility Supervisor at ARRISE, you'll be at the helm of managing our facilities and ensuring that they meet the needs of our organization and its employees. This role involves maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance, and providing support for various building functions. You'll work closely with the Facilities Manager and liaise with maintenance contractors to ensure smooth operations across all facility services.
Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Maintain and store documentation efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
- Policy Support: Assist in the development and communication of policies and procedures related to facilities management.
- Stakeholder Advice: Provide relevant and compliant advice to stakeholders within the facilities.
- Building Operations: Ensure the proper functioning of all building systems, including communications, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, security, elevators, structural, waste management, cleaning, equipment, and office equipment.
- Problem Resolution: Assist in resolving issues related to facility services and coordinate with maintenance contractors as needed.
- Project Support: Help with installation and repair projects, providing support to Facility Management.
- Additional Tasks: Undertake other tasks as required by the Company from time to time.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written and oral) with excellent communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs.
- Industry Awareness: Understanding of the real estate industry and its requirements.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is required.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, ability to lead and manage projects and teams, attention to detail, and a collaborative team spirit.
