WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Manage the Treasury team.
- Manage the Treasury function supporting multiple international operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and future banks.
- Manage the onboarding process for banks across the Group.
- Ensure multiple banking channels are available through-out the Group with multiple correspondent banking channels open at all times for both incoming and outgoing payments.
- Expand and enhance the Group’s banking capabilities in multiple countries.
- Provide detailed weekly cash forecasting maximising the benefit of FX for the required Group companies.
- Oversee the daily cash management process across multiple companies and currencies, in conjunction with our shared service centre in Bucharest.
- Own the direct relationship with banks in relation to ad hoc transaction related queries and the provision of requested back-up documentation.
- Keep all KYC documentation up to date with the banks.
- Manage the financial risk as it relates to treasury operations.
- Develop and implement cash management operational strategies.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Any other services as may be required by the Company from time to time, which fall under the Treasury Function.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- Significant senior level corporate treasury experience within large, complex multinational organisations.
- Demonstrated ownership of treasury outcomes across liquidity, FX, funding, and banking.
- Experience within insurance, reinsurance, or regulated financial services.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate credibly at VP and executive levels.
- Comfortable supporting growth businesses with increasing transaction complexity.
- Professional qualification (preferred).
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury or finance roles within multinational or complex multi-entity environments. I-gaming experience highly beneficial
