This role is with the ARRISE group. 
 

PURPOSE: Supporting the integrity and security of iGaming operations by maintaining and optimizing surveillance technologies used to monitor gaming environments.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the life of surveillance infrastructure.
  • To provide continuous support in maintaining gaming equipment and to take an active role in maintenance activities when required.
  • Support incident investigations by retrieving and analyzing surveillance footage and technical logs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, maintenance activities, and technical issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest surveillance technology trends and recommend system improvements or upgrades.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to surveillance operators and other relevant staff members.
  • Ensure all installations and modifications comply with safety and industry standards.
  • Monitor live gaming activities to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Detect, report, and document irregularities, suspicious behavior, and operational issues.
  • Support investigations by gathering evidence, reviewing footage, and compiling detailed reports.
  • Uphold confidentiality and act with high integrity in all surveillance activities.
  • Knowledge about installation, configuration, and maintain surveillance equipment, including software and hardware to ensure optimal performance.
  • Knowledge about structured cabling and wiring necessary for surveillance system installations and upgrades.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot surveillance systems and software to promptly identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the AV and Compliance team to ensure surveillance technology aligns with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Collaboration and cooperation:

  • Cooperates with Risk/Surveillance Department
  • Cooperates with all colleagues from all department s every time it’s the case
  • Cooperates with the HR Department
  • Cooperates with AV and Compliance teams
  • Daily reports regarding the activity to the direct manager


The above tasks can be completed with other tasks specific to the job, which will be communicated in due time and serves the employer’s operational purpose.

THE AUTHORITY OF THE JOB:
Uses equipment/materials/consumable items/technical equipment provided by ARRISE BY PRAGMATIC PLAY LIVE.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • STUDIES: medium level
  • EXPERIENCE IN THE WORK FIELD: minimum 1 year, preferably in either land-based or online casino environments.

WORK CONDITIONS:

  • Physical work conditions: office work / warehouse work
  • Work schedule: 9 hours/day, 5 days/week, 3 shifts
  • The nature of the work: individual and in a team

  • English (good knowledge of written & spoken)
