Role Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Floor Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our studio. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring game integrity, supervising game presenters and shufflers and floor supervisors, and maintaining high operational and appearance standards. You will also collaborate closely with multiple teams to uphold our company's quality and performance expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee floor supervisors work during the shift and making sure all the procedures are respected and all tasks are accomplished.
- Conducts the training of newcomers and constantly evaluates team performance.
- Ensuring that all the floor supervisors are meeting their individual job responsibilities during the shift and helping them to improve if they are not performing well.
- Report to Floor Supervisor Manager the violation of the internal procedures and regulations or failing to meet the performance standards.
- Overseeing the work of all team floor supervisors during the shift to ensure they are performing their jobs effectively.
- Ensuring that all the information is passed accordingly to the next shift.
- Adjusting the rotation of the floor supervisors during the shift if needed.
- Taking care of the high important tasks during the shift , on the request of the Shift Manager on duty or Floor Supervisor Manager.
- Acting as a role model during the shift by showing exceptional work ethic.
- Reports to Floor Supervisor Manager and offering all the support that he/she needs in evaluating the staff members in the most transparent and objective way.
- Reporting and logging incidents and mistakes.
- Assisting the line manager with all work-related tasks
- Coordinates floor supervisors’ activity during the Downtime, making sure that everyone is being briefed, and respecting the procedure
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience within the company in the Floor Supervisor department.
- Skills:
- Advanced PC skills (Office 365).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conflict management abilities.
- Very good time management skills.
• Language Skills: Advanced English and Serbian (written and spoken).
• Flexibility: Availability to work shifts.
