Together, we form a cross-functional powerhouse that is driven to deliver.
We are looking for a new designer to join our expanding in-house design and marketing team in our LATAM Hub. You will be involved in the execution of marketing and branding initiatives across different channels.
The ideal candidate has an excellent knowledge of many design tools and must be creative to excel in a fast paced environment.
The role:
- Producing consistently excellent visual work for digital, and print
- Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material
- Preparing assets based on an agreed brief
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
- Staying up to date with the HQ design marketing team
- Follow creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Full knowledge of design tools and software as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects
- Knowledge of how to create or edit videos
- Knowledge of social media networks is a must
- Highly organized and ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional creativity and innovation
- Attention to detail
- Open-minded and flexible team player
- Must be based in Colombia or Peru
