Role Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Uniform Administrator. In this role, you will oversee the stock and distribution of uniforms, ensuring that all employees receive the correct sizes and maintain a polished appearance. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with tailors, and ensuring that the company’s appearance standards are upheld.
Responsibilities:
- Uniform Distribution: Manage uniform stock and ensure proper fit for all employees.
- Inventory Control: Track and document uniform stock levels, reporting discrepancies when necessary.
- Quality Monitoring: Inspect uniforms for quality and manage repair or alteration processes.
- Collaboration: Work with tailors, suppliers, and various departments to meet uniform needs.
- Compliance: Ensure uniform policies are followed and maintain personal appearance records.
- System Management: Use company software to operate stock movements and update records.
Candidate Requirements:
- Language: Proficient in English, excellent written and verbal communication.
- Technical Skills: PC literacy and familiarity with stock management software.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision in managing inventory and appearance standards.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with suppliers.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the Fashion Industry: Background in fashion, textiles, or uniform design.
- Process Improvement Skills: Experience in streamlining inventory processes for efficiency.
