Role description:
The Assistant Manager role is designed to support the operational and administrative needs of the Team Managers and Studio Managers.
This position is ideal for individuals who wish to enhance their organizational skills and gain insight into team management processes.
The role offers a structured workflow, priority activities with clear deadlines, and an opportunity to grow into higher-level positions.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Moonstar updates – to be implemented
  • Facility tours
  • Jira tickets - lost and damaged cards
  • DEF (Date Entry File) scoring points administration
  • Update performance checker and end of probation file
  • Mail merge – daily and weekly automated emails to Game Presenters: performance updates; KPI bonus monthly; KPI corrections
  • Dealer requests - shift/ rotation change requests/ sort – address them with the corresponding departments and document them in daily staff requests database
  • Dealers’ complaints
  • Performance improvement plans - document preparation
  • GP communication during the first 90 days
  • Addressing mistakes reported by OCR - hidden/cancelled games etc. with the Game Presenters
  • Disciplinary meetings - lateness and unjustified absence – taking part in the meetings, but not leading them
  • Written warnings database
  • Take notes on the meetings and 
  • document them
  • Leave notes administration
Requirements: 
  • At least one year of experience within Arrise.
  • Proficiency in PC usage, including Microsoft Office.
  • English language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent clear and effective communication skills.
