Role Description:
We are seeking a vigilant and experienced individual to join our team as a Control Room Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and verifying operational activities within our live casino studios, ensuring that all games are conducted smoothly and in compliance with company standards. You will handle real-time issues, support management, and maintain an up-to-date understanding of all procedures and game requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Monitor and verify all studio activities according to the organizational standards, ensuring smooth operations.
- Issue Management: Respond promptly to table calls, resolving issues quickly to minimize disruptions in gameplay.
- Standards Enforcement: Maintain and enforce the company's game standards during all live sessions.
- Incident Reporting: Log and report any operational incidents or discrepancies, ensuring accurate records.
- Management Assistance: Support CRO Specialists, Shift Managers, and team leaders with operational tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Knowledge Maintenance: Stay updated on all procedures, rules, promotions, and game strategies to ensure compliance.
Candidate Requirements:
- Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have at least 6 months of continuous employment, a minimum 95% performance evaluation in the last 3 months, and no written warnings, disciplinary actions, or major violations within the past 6 months.
- Knowledge Proficiency: Strong understanding of games, procedures, and company regulations.
- Communication Skills: Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office.
Nice to have:
- Technical Background: Technical knowledge gained through university education, previous experience, or certification.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Casino LIVE/Online industry.
- Management Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
- Language Skills: Knowledge of an additional language beyond English and the local language.
