Gaming Equipment Technician
Description
• Handle maintenance, verification and repair gaming equipment and related sub assemblies.
• Assists in all service requirements that are necessary in gaming machine equipment.
• Reads and interpret data record by the gaming equipment.
• Move and install gaming equipment.
• Provides technical consultancy.
• Safely and effectively operates shop tools including hand tools, soldering equipment, and electronic test equipment, etc. Prepares documents corresponding to the performed operations.
• Represents the company in relation to the relevant gambling authorities.
• Follows policies and procedures as they relate to technical operations.
• Provides input on how policies and procedures may be streamlined to enhance machine repair, improve safety requirements, and security of equipment.
• A minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar role or technical one.
• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
• Extremely organized with good communication skills.
• Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
-Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends, to meet business needs.
