This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.
Responsibilities:
- Go through the software requirements and get clarifications on one's doubts;
- Become familiar with the software under test and any other related software;
- Understand the master test plan and/or the project plan;
- Create or assist in creating your test plan;
- Generate test cases based on the requirements and other documents;
- Procure or create test data required for testing;
- Test software releases by executing assigned tests (manual and/or automated);
- Report test results;
- Update test cases based on the discovered defects;
- Support the team with testing tasks as required;
- Keep up-to-date on the overview of the development technology, the popular testing tools (e.g. automated testing tools and test management systems) and the overview of the business domain.
Requirements:
- Working as Quality Assurance Engineer 1+ (Back-end);
- Good experience in Manual Testing of Web applications;
- Advanced skills in requirements analysis;
- Knowledge and practical experience working with SQL;
- Knowledge and practical experience working with GIT, Kibana, and Jenkins will be a plus;
- Deep understanding and experience in software development life cycle;
- Excellent skills in reading and analyzing logs to identify the root cause of a defect;
- Ability to prioritize test cases based on risk analysis;
- Multitasking skills;
- Intermediate English level;
- Strong communication skills;
- Gaming application expertise will be a plus;
- Integration testing using SOAP UI and Postman will be a plus.
