To support our continuous growth worldwide, we need motivated and responsible Senior Field System Administrator to join our team.
About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Field System Administrator to lead the design, stability, and security of our IT infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring high availability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across 24/7 systems.
You will be responsible not only for resolving incidents, but also for preventing them.

What you would be doing:
- Design and maintain highly available Linux and Windows infrastructure
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis
- Ensure security best practices and compliance requirements are met
- Oversee monitoring strategy using Zabbix and Grafana
- Design and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies (Veeam)
- Plan capacity and infrastructure growth
- Manage virtualization platforms at scale
- Mentor junior and mid-level administrators
- Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Management teams
- Prepare systems and documentation for audits and compliance checks
What makes you a strong candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferably on Senior Position)
- Extensive experience with Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows Servers
- Deep understanding of networking and security concepts
- Strong experience with Active Directory environments
- Fluent in English and Bulgarian language
- Proven experience with monitoring and alerting systems
- Backup and disaster recovery experience
- Virtualization extensive knowledge
- Experience in regulated or high-availability environments
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with IaC tools (Ansible/Chef) is a plus
- Scripting and automation skills (Bash, PowerShell) is a plus
- Familiarity with observability stacks (ELK, Loki, Graylog, etc.) is a plus
