ABOUT THE ROLE
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Manage the localization process end-to-end, coordinating with cross-functional teams and addressing project changes, issues, and requests.
- Develop, document, and maintain localization guidelines, SOPs, and best practices.
- Maintain and optimize localization data processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Test and validate localization data, and conduct research to support continuous improvement.
- Design and implement workflow enhancements and automation opportunities.
- Troubleshoot localization engineering issues, roll out new projects, track performance, and recommend improvements.
- Stay current with localization technologies and suggest upgrades to existing setups.
- Manage translation management systems (TMS), translation memories, glossaries, and vendor relationships.
- Perform other related duties as required, in line with the role.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- Proven experience in localization engineering, localization project management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of translation management systems (TMS), translation memories, and terminology management.
- Experience designing and optimizing localization workflows, including automation and process improvements.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for both technical and process-related issues.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English (fluency is required, as the company is international and daily communication in English with colleagues is essential).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with gaming localization and industry best practices is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER IN EXCHANGE
- Monthly salary is from 3333 EUR/gross to 3915 EUR/gross per month.
