Responsibilities:
- Conduct general health and safety training (BHP onboarding – instruktaż ogólny) for new employees.
- Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and internal policies.
- Perform periodic inspections of workplace conditions and identify potential risks.
- Participate in occupational risk assessments for different roles and workplaces.
- Inform management about identified hazards and recommend preventive or corrective actions.
- Support investigations of workplace incidents or accidents and help implement preventive measures.
- Maintain and update health and safety documentation, including incident records and risk assessments.
- Prepare periodic reports and analyses on the state of occupational health and safety in the company.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding BHP regulations and best practices.
- Support the implementation of ergonomic standards, including office and remote workstations.
- Cooperate with HR in organizing mandatory medical examinations and safety training.
- Contribute to the development and update of internal health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Promote health, safety, and ergonomic awareness through internal communication and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to work part-time on-site in Wrocław, Poland.
- Higher education or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Qualifications allowing you to perform duties within the Health and Safety Service (Służba BHP) in accordance with Polish regulations.
- Practical knowledge of Polish labour law and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Experience in workplace inspections, risk assessments, and health & safety documentation.
- Ability to conduct general BHP training for employees.
- Knowledge of processes related to accident investigation and preventive measures.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Polish – fluent; English – at least Intermediate level.

- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies.
