About the Role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist contributes to the overall Live Casino Business unit talent acquisition strategy. The person will be a valuable contributor to the development of the talent acquisition agenda and strategy to foster recruitment experience and excel in employer branding proposition throughout the process. On a daily basis, this individual will be communicating with different stakeholders to advise and provide solutions on TA subject matters.
What Will You Be Doing:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to define and execute talent strategies aligned with the business objectives of the Live Casino Business Unit.
- Lead complex and strategic hiring projects, ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging data, market intelligence, and emerging tools to identify and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive market engagement, relationship management, and events.
- Partner with agencies and search firms to outsource recruitment efforts as needed.
- Support employer branding initiatives and be an ambassador of the company to all potential candidates and third parties.
- Regularly communicate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, interview processes and candidate experience.
- Facilitate continuous improvement within the TA process by identifying opportunities for optimization, innovation, and consistency across regions and functions.
- Serve as a mentor and role model within the TA team, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
- Maintain a solid understanding of industry trends and provide insight into the competitive landscape.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
- Good recruiting background gained as an external or internal recruiter.
- Experience in mass recruitment or a fast-paced environment.
- Established path of success in candidate generation & strong candidate assessment skills.
- Experience with internet research – prior use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
- At least professional level of English is a must.
- Previous experience with ATS - Jobvite is a plus.
- Previous experience in a Product organization will be a plus.
