JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Process Manager to ensure the smooth administration of our CRM and knowledge management tools, supporting operational efficiency across the business. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys structuring workflows, maintaining systems, and enabling teams to perform at their best. You will be responsible for administering key business platforms, maintaining process documentation, and ensuring that teams have the tools and clarity they need to deliver.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Process Administration: Maintain and optimize business processes across the organization, ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance.
- CRM Management: Oversee day-to-day administration of the FreshSales suite, including data accuracy, reporting, user management, and workflow optimization.
- Collaboration Tools: Manage and configure collaboration platforms using the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence), supporting project tracking, knowledge management, and cross-team alignment.
- Documentation & Technical Writing: Develop, update, and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials for both CRM and collaboration tools.
- Cross-Functional Support: Act as the go-to resource for teams on tool usage, workflows, and process-related issues.
- Training & Enablement: Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure teams use tools effectively and consistently.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and tool usage, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Process Administration: Proven ability to manage, optimize, and enforce organizational processes.
- Tool Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM and collaboration platforms; knowledge of FreshSales and Atlassian tools strongly preferred.
- Technical Writing: Skilled in creating clear and concise documentation, guides, and training materials.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to accuracy, consistency, and quality in process and system management.
- Communication & Training: Ability to explain complex processes and tools in simple, practical terms to diverse teams.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving process or tool-related challenges.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in process administration, system administration, or a similar role.
- Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with FreshSales and the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence) preferred; experience with other CRM/collaboration platforms also valued.
- Documentation: Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical writing and process documentation.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working across multiple teams and departments to enforce process standards.
- Passion for iGaming industry: Previous experience is not a must.
