ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our fast-paced and dynamic iGaming environment. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our recruitment operations running smoothly — maintaining accurate candidate data, coordinating interviews, supporting sourcing initiatives, and managing our external agency partnerships.
You’ll be an essential part of the engine that helps us attract and hire top talent efficiently while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and our internal stakeholders.
 
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Maintain and manage the internal candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Support Recruiters with candidate sourcing activities across multiple platforms.
  • Manage communication and relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
  • Post job listings and assist with tracking candidate pipelines.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help optimize the efficiency of the TA function.
  • Ensure excellent communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams throughout the process.
 
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Psychology or a related field is a plus.
  • At least professional level of English and Bulgarian language is a must, any other knowledge of a language is a bonus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of iGaming industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
