The Head of Lobby will lead a small team covering sales enablement, operations, product

This role is critical in shaping the end-to-end player journey within the Pragmatic lobby,
ensuring it is intuitive, effective, and fun. That means living and breathing our lobby product,
obsessing over real user data and metrics, and working with key stakeholders across the
business to deliver against commercial objectives.
This is a hands-on leadership role that can be based in Gibraltar, Malta, Isle of Man, or remote.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • and other betting features
  • Drive cross-sell between product verticals (e.g. Slots to Live Casino) through effective
  • lobby setup and journeys
  • Gather and synthesize client and player feedback and translate it into concrete
  • improvements.

Lobby Performance & Optimization

  • Own lobby KPIs and performance tracking across the business
  • Translate insights into prioritised actions across engagement, conversion, retention, and
  • cross-sell. Where needed, step into analysis directly to unblock decisions or accelerate
    progress
  • Ensure tracking frameworks (tagging, parameters, reporting structures) are clearly
    defined and implemented
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure tracking is correctly delivered and
    validated

Product testing & Validation

  • Ensure robust QA and UAT processes are in place through the team and conduct
validation and testing where required, particularly for critical or high-impact features
  • Act as the final commercial checkpoint for lobby releases and ensure features meet
player and operator expectations before launch
  • Follow up on issues. Track resolutions, verify the fixes, and communicate updates to
    relevant stakeholders
  • Analyse how our testing and deployment cycles are working versus expectation and
formulate suggestions on how to improve them

Strategic product inputs

  • Translate commercial insights into clear product requirements and business cases
  • Partner with Product to prioritise roadmap features that drive measurable impact
  • Participate in design reviews and ensure features align with player and operator needs
  • Interpret user behaviour data and identify improvement opportunities - such as featured
content, game ordering, displayed assets, and layout changes
  • Own best practices for lobby structure, content placement, and game discovery
    (categories, positioning, featured content)

Competitive analysis

  • Constantly playtest Pragmatic and competitor lobby features and document the analysis
    methods for repeatable evaluation processes.
  • Deliver thoughtful competitive analysis by frequently evaluating competitor products,
anticipating their direction, and offering suggestions for our ecosystem. Present findings
to various audiences with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Analyse adjacent industries and products to see if there are things we can incorporate
    into our product ecosystem.

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and develop a team covering lobby commercials and operations
  • Set clear priorities and translate commercial needs into clear direction for the team
  • Step in to execute where needed, particularly to unblock progress or accelerate delivery.
  • Lead by example in a hands-on environment.
  • Build scalable processes and structure over time without slowing down delivery
