Role Description: We are seeking a Gaming Equipment Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and tracking all gaming equipment across ARRISE studios. This includes handling inventory, access cards, and ensuring all tools are in proper condition and aligned with operational needs. The role supports smooth studio operations by coordinating with internal teams and placing necessary equipment orders.
Responsibilities:
- Develops strategies to replace obsolete equipment and oversees the entire lifecycle of technology and machinery.
- Takes part in the creation and rollout of new products and machinery.
- Oversees complex equipment operation and resolves challenging issues.
- Takes into account several technical options and determines which is best for the field based on plans and strategies.
- Finalizes necessary technical and regulatory paperwork.
- Provides technical training for equipment specialists across all studio partners, and offers advice on how to enhance equipment operations.
- Maintains field operations and preventive maintenance on equipment; updates relevant
databases and conducts data analysis; - Recognizes new issues and develops and creates workable solutions for them;
- Provide constant updates on project status to line manager.
- Conducts research and advises senior management on the acquisition of high-value or specialized equipmen.
Candidate Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Serbian.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and familiar with standard PC applications.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver information clearly and confidently in both formal and informal settings.
- Organizational Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Focus and Reliability: Demonstrates consistent attention to detail, concentration, and reliability in daily tasks and responsibilities.
