Role Overview: 
 
The Employer Branding team at ARRISE plays a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. Our mission is to showcase ARRISE as a dynamic, rewarding place to build a career, where growth is as fast-paced as our business and iGaming industry itself.  
 
We provide tools and strategies to strengthen relationships with employees and job candidates alike—through activities that boost awareness of our brand, inspire consideration to apply, and ignite passion to stay and grow with us.  
 
As a Copywriter on our global Employer Branding team, you’ll be the voice behind our hiring-focused efforts. Your words will bring our brand to life across social media, digital ads, billboards, web experiences, events, and more. You’ll craft compelling, audience-driven messaging that resonates with talent across all our markets, shaping how people perceive and engage with ARRISE as an employer. Your work will push our employer branding strategy to new heights, setting a new standard for creativity and impact.
 
How You Will Make an Impact:
  • Develop and refine job description along with guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and employer brand alignment across all roles and regions
  • Craft compelling OOH campaign messaging, including billboard headlines, poster taglines, and transit ad copy, ensuring high visibility and brand consistency.
  • Write engaging social media content, recruitment ad copy, and online campaign messaging tailored to resonate with diverse hiring needs.
  • Develop clear, persuasive HR-related content for internal use, including recruitment decks, onboarding kits, and employer branding materials.
  • Support learning and development content that enhances training sessions, workshops, and employee resources with impactful storytelling and engaging narratives.
  • Produce marketing collateral copy, such as brochures, flyers, and banners, to support employer branding and recruitment efforts.
  • Develop standout event messaging, including booth slogans, recruitment event scripts, and conference materials, ensuring a memorable employer brand presence.
  • Optimize the candidate and employee journey, collaborating with teams to refine web content and enhance the digital experience.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all messaging aligns with our brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Frequently collaborate with the marketing team and other in-house or external creatives to align copy with design and strategic goals.
  • Stay updated on content and branding trends, ensuring our messaging remains fresh, modern, and appealing to a global audience.

What Will Make You The Perfect Candidate

Writing & Content Expertise:

  • Strong command of brand storytelling and persuasive writing for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to adapt messaging to resonate with different talent markets and cultures.
  • Ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand messaging across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with SEO-driven copywriting and content optimization (nice to have). 

Digital Marketing & Social Media Copywriting

  • Experience writing engaging content for social media, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing principles and writing copy for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Understanding of web content strategy to enhance the candidate experience.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Copywriting
  • Ability to craft job descriptions, careers page content, and recruitment marketing materials that attract the right talent.
  • Experience writing event-related content, such as job fair scripts, recruitment event messaging, and employer branding activations.
  • Understanding of the candidate journey and how messaging influences attraction and retention.

 Project Management & Collaboration 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple writing projects, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with employer branding goals.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with designers, recruiters, marketers, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to adjust messaging based on campaign performance data and audience insights.
