ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to create visually engaging table felts, concepts, and print-ready designs that meet high production standards. In this role, you will contribute creative ideas, develop mockups, and support the evolution of design systems while ensuring consistency across all visual assets. You will collaborate closely with product, business, and studio teams, participating in design reviews and bringing concepts to life both digitally and in physical environments. The position requires strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of print processes, and hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. This is a great opportunity for a proactive designer with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Design the table felts, concepts, mockups.
- Design beautiful and functional graphic.
- Come up with new ideas, creative solutions and work on improvements.
- Participate in design reviews, team meetings & brainstorming sessions.
- Prepare print-ready files adhering to printing specifications and standards and create main library of source files.
- Present concepts to teams.
- Push the visual and interaction design forward and help maintain its cohesion by designing and documenting design systems and guides.
- Work closely with product owners, product managers, business analysts and support teams to define the product strategy.
- Take on special design tasks (e.g. testing samples in physical studios and work closely with studio team members).
- Operate independently or as part of a team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to print production processes.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design (print-focused experience is a strong advantage; iGaming is a plus).
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals: composition, colour theory, typography, and layout.
- Basic knowledge of print production processes and preparing print-ready files.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Figma.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
- Creative mindset with good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken).
