ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a hardworking, caring, and ambitious Global Mobility Senior Expert Administrator to support our growing Human Resources team within the Global Mobility department. You will demonstrate competency in your area daily. Your main administrative duties include providing advice and counsel to the local and global business units, international personnel, and assignees on matters of expatriate policy and process which could cover a range of foreign national and expatriate issues. Ultimately, you should be able to overlook the relocation process end to end and to the ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to local labour laws
 
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Vendor Management - Act as the primary point of contact for our current external partners
  • Process Implementation and Improvement - Identify bottlenecks in the relocation process and implement streamlined, tech-driven solutions.
  • Mobility Software – Proficient in working with relocation software and deep understanding of how the relocation tools are working
  • Manage worldwide immigration/relocation cases process in full and act as the secondary point of contact to answer questions, together with Local HR Team and Global HR Team
  • Ability to create and explain a cost projection to stakeholders
  • Presentation skills both oral and written
  • Manage the worldwide business traveller cases process in full and act as the secondary point of contract to answer questions.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with employees, managers, and Business stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop the Global Mobility Team’s assignments, business travel/ and transfers in the Global Mobility HR System.
  • Coordinate the necessary hiring/travel requirements for employees/candidates to other countries, visas, work permits related processes.
  • Maintenance of records and reports as per the Immigration requirements.
  • Issuing the cover letters and invite letters and other supporting documents for Immigration processes.
  • Build, extract, and monitor regular reports from the Global Mobility HR System to ensure data accuracy.
  • You will perform such other duties, functions and services as may from time to time be determined by your Line manager or a member of the senior management team.
  • Collaborate with internal tax team and external tax advisors to ensure compliance with international tax
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of immigration and visa processes for employees/candidates and their families, working closely with external/internal immigration parties to ensure compliance with Host Country’s regulations.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU 
  • 4+ years of  experience working in a similar Global Mobility role or a HR role which has involved some aspect of relocation / immigration support.
  • Understanding of the employee lifecycle business processes.
  • Ability to undertake multiple operational activities concurrently.
  • Understand Host Country’s immigration practices/ processes, as well as relevant employment law and local practices.
  • Educated to degree level, or with equivalent qualification.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders within the organization.
