To support our continuous global growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and critical thinker to join our team as a Junior Quality Control Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our Live Casino Products, following departmental policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall improvement and development of our products.
What would you be doing:
- Follow and implement Quality Control Department policies and procedures for Live Casino products and interdepartmental workflow.
- Monitor live products to ensure all quality standards and requirements are met.
- Identify, report, and resolve any irregularities or issues.
- Evaluate the quality and accuracy of products and performance.
- Meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in accordance with company targets.
- Report and follow up on daily activities.
- Make recommendations for improvement and development.
What makes you a strong candidate:
- The candidate needs to have stayed in their current position minimum of five months.
- Read, understand, and speak English.
- Average evaluation of the last two months to be at least 97% or above.
- Clean employment record - no WW or any sort of disciplinary actions for the last six months.
- Willingness and ability to work in a team.
- Positive attitude and desire to learn.
Good eye for details.
