Role description:
The Assistant Manager role is designed to support the operational and administrative needs of the Team Managers and Studio Managers.
This position is ideal for individuals who wish to enhance their organizational skills and gain insight into team management processes.
The role offers a structured workflow, priority activities with clear deadlines, and an opportunity to grow into higher-level positions.

Responsabilities:

  • To post approved messages on Moonstar
  • To organize physical and DMS folders efficiently.
  • To assist with communication for Game Presenters during their first 0-90 working days.
  • To collect medical leave documents from Game Presenters and Gameshow Hosts and bring them to HR.
  • To organize legal documents received from the Legal Department and inform Team Managers about disciplinary sanctions of Game Presenters.
  • To take meeting notes during TM Meetings and centralize them.
  • To create PIP and follow-up plans – based on Team Performance.
  • To create and maintain a "Checker File" for tracking key activities.
  • To create the MID/End Probation Files and add them to a folder in DMS for Team Managers.
  • To attend and document Meetings with Security + Dealers.
  • To conduct Facility + TM Tours.
  • To coordinate Studio Swaps for Game Presenters.
  • To centralize and scan leave notes.
  • To assist with Mail Merge tasks alongside the Senior TM.
  • To extract videos for canceled games or incorrect results from IVMS.
  • To create verification files for accurate reporting.
  • To assist preshift checks

Requirements: 

  • At least one year of experience within Arrise.
  • Proficiency in PC usage, including Microsoft Office.
  • English language proficiency is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent clear and effective communication skills.
