• Supervise and coordinate Quality Control (QC) operations and staff within Live Casino environments.
• Ensure full compliance with company quality standards, procedures, and operational KPIs.
• Oversee shift coordination, workload distribution, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor, validate, and ensure accuracy of QC and Back Office data, reports, and tracking systems.
• Enforce consistent application of internal procedures, guidelines, and quality standards across all team members.
• Manage team performance, including coaching, mentoring, motivation, and handling disciplinary processes when required.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and continuous feedback sessions to support employee development.
• Identify operational risks, process gaps, and quality issues, and drive timely resolution and improvements.
• Analyze performance trends and prepare reports with actionable insights for management.
• Ensure KPI targets are met through continuous monitoring and proactive performance management.
• Maintain proper documentation, internal databases, and operational records with high accuracy.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new and existing QC team members.
• Act as a point of escalation and decision support in the absence of the QC Manager.
• Drive process improvement initiatives based on data analysis and operational needs.
• Ensure cross-department communication and collaboration to maintain workflow alignment and efficiency.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of QC operations.
• Respond to emails and operational queries within 48 hours and ensure timely communication.
• Update and maintain live tables, inventory records, and presenter activity documentation.

• Seniority on the QC Shift Supervisor role for at least 12 months.
• No disciplinary records for the last 12 months.
