What Would You Be Doing:
- Provide first-line day-to-day responses to employees on any employment queries and requests while providing guidance on policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary reports related to monthly payroll and bonuses reviews, statistics, and reports.
- Coordinate on and offboarding activities, state de/registration, managing employee files, and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Perform regular audits in close collaboration with the HR Management to all Personnel Policies and Files, Personnel Action Forms, and employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Administer employee payroll processes: Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits while adhering to legal compliance and organizational policies.
- Resolve payroll-related inquiries: Address employee questions about pay, taxes, and benefits, coordinating with finance teams as needed.
- Maintain contact with external agencies, health and safety providers, payroll providers, consultants, and legal advisors as required.
- Support HR priority projects with any administrative activity, including updating relevant reports and keeping track of relevant deadlines.
- Perform any other tasks that may be required by the Company from time to time, which fall under the employee’s area of expertise.
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable up-to-date knowledge of Serbian labor legislation, payroll processes and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Solid experience with MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and social skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
