About the role:
The Time & Attendance Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s timekeeping and attendance systems to ensure accurate employee records, payroll processing support, policy compliance, and workforce reporting. This role acts as a key liaison between employees, managers, HR, and Payroll to resolve timekeeping issues and improve attendance processes.

 
What Would You Be Doing:
  • Administer and maintain the company’s time and attendance systems.
  • Monitor employee punches, schedules, attendance records, leave balances, and exceptions.
  • Review, audit, and correct timecard discrepancies prior to payroll processing.
  • Support payroll by ensuring accurate transfer of approved hours and attendance data.
  • Ensure compliance with company attendance policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Generate attendance, overtime, absenteeism, and workforce utilization reports.
  • Investigate and resolve timekeeping issues, missed punches, scheduling conflicts, and system errors.
  • Train managers and employees on timekeeping procedures and system usage.
  • Coordinate system updates, policy changes, and testing activities with HRIS or IT teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data.
  • Assist with workforce audits and compliance documentation.
 
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable up-to-date knowledge of Serbian labor legislation, payroll processes and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Solid experience with MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and social skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
