What you will be doing:
 
As a Senior Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing operational procedures and live performance activities to ensure the highest quality standards across our operational products. You will play a key role in monitoring performance, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. In addition to quality assurance responsibilities, you will also support and guide team members to enhance overall departmental efficiency and performance.
 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate dealers and presenters/hosts performance according to established company standards and KPIs;
  • Monitor live casino operations to ensure compliance with all quality and procedural requirements;
  • Identify, document, and analyze irregularities, deviations, and performance issues;
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance findings, trends, and operational performance;
  • Lead and support junior QC team members, provide feedback, and follow up on their development and performance;
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with relevant departments to implement training solutions;
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend efficiency enhancements;
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operational updates, policy changes, and industry standards;
  • Support internal audits and quality improvement projects when required.
What we are looking for:
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking);
  • Minimum 6 months of experience within the QC operations;
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding productivity and audit KPIs;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong PC literacy and ability to work with reporting tools and systems;
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
  • Strong communication, self-control, and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
