Shufflers Team Manager
Description
Job Description: Provides management and leadership to the whole Shuffler Shift. Co-ordinates the Supervisors during the shift, making sure that the supervisors tasks are fulfilled according to the the Standards in place. Assists the Supervisors and take immediate measures, in coordination with other departments, making sure that the whole Shuffling Process is safe, efficient and timely. Also, the SH TM is taking care of this own team, by integrating the new members, elaborates monthly KPI, manages the absences, disciplinary issues and work performances, in term of quality and productivity. Holds coaching and mentoring 121's with shufflers, making every effort to ensure they meet company standards.
What you would be doing:
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff.
- Manage and support staff in line with Company’s Policies and Procedures, including supervision, absence management, disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Promote and support effective team working through good communication and regular team meetings.
- Identify individual and team learning and development needs and plan to meet these in conjunction with learning and development staff.
- Effectively identify and contribute to learning and development activities including meeting organizational targets.
- Ensure that all services are delivered within the framework core values and in line with the established Policies and Procedures and KPI’s.
What makes you a strong candidate:
- A degree in management or a related field is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the iGaming industry or live casino environment is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in PC applications, particularly Office 365.
- Advanced fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
- Proven skills in conflict resolution and management.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule.
