Role Description:   

We are currently looking for an English Teacher for our Training Department for a three-month contract opportunity! Are you passionate about helping people speak clearly, confidently, and professionally? Join our team and become the go-to expert for elevating communication skills across the company! From guiding new casino game presenters to hosting engaging workshops and spotting talent development needs, you'll be shaping voices and boosting performance with every interaction. You'll also create learning materials, proofread internal documents, and collaborate with various teams to make sure our communication is always on point. If you love words, people, and a bit of stage presence—this is your spotlight! 

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct speaking and reading assessments across the company according to the CEFR Scale, starting with game presenters, then continuing with other teams and departments, as needed. 

• Identify learning and development needs of new and existing game presenters. 

• Supervise new casino game presenters to ensure professional and engaging performances regarding speech. 

• Mentor and offer constructive feedback to employees. 

• Hold workshops to improve overall speaking skills among the game presenters and other departments. 

• Create teaching and administrative materials to use during workshops or various projects (written/video/audio). 

• Proofread and correct internal documentation. 

• Update internal databases and administrative documents according to project requirements. 

• Draft up post project statistics. 

• Collaborate with various departments during projects, as needed. 

Candidate Requirements: 

Experience: 

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role; 

• Proven experience in assessing foreign language proficiency and applying effective methodologies for adult learning; 

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; 

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Live Casino is a plus. 

Education: 

• Academic qualification in Linguistics, Education, Communication, English, or a related field.

• Ability to assess a candidate’s language level accurately within a short time frame;
