Talent Acquisition Specialist
Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist contributes to the overall Live Casino Business unit talent acquisition strategy. The person will be a valuable contributor to the development of the talent acquisition agenda and strategy to foster recruitment experience and excel in employer branding proposition throughout the process. On a daily basis, this individual will be communicating with different stakeholders to advise and provide solutions on TA subject matters.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to source and recruit top talent for assigned positions
- Utilize innovative techniques and cultivate a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research, events, and relationship management
- Collaborate with agencies and search firms to outsource recruitment efforts as needed
- Develop job descriptions, identify candidates, manage the candidate experience, and negotiate offers
- Conduct regular meetings to align on hiring needs and candidate statuses
- Provide insights into industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Required:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the iGaming or technology industry
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Certification in recruitment or HR-related disciplines
