Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality of images used for promotions and decorations adheres to company standards.
  • Provide accurate information about object placement in the visual frame, ensuring the studio's optimal functionality.
  • Create educational materials and tutorials for informational purposes.
  • Maintain files with relevant information on past promotions for analysis and improvement of future events. 
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure ongoing promotions run smoothly.
  • Report issues requiring immediate attention or improvement to hierarchical superiors.
  • Collaborate with all departments, providing relevant information to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage Quality Control reports on technical specifications.
  • Perform physical reception of goods, coordinating with the Facility department for unused item transport.
  • Identify issues affecting business operations and provide timely solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Participate in stock management, placing orders as per requirements, and report any discrepancies.
  • Ensure accuracy in stocking records and systematic recording of campaign databases.
  • Fulfill assigned tasks promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain the quality of reports, information, and studio items.
  • Actively contribute to achieving company targets.
  • Strive to achieve continuous professional improvement.
  • Compliance with legislative measures and working procedure
  • Knowledge with ticketing Jira system or security management systems

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in shifts, including evening, night, weekends or holidays
  • Conduct promotional activities in live studios
  • Excellent attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. 
  • Fluency in English with proficient written and verbal communication.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Initiative and proactivity in work.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to oversee multiple tasks and small projects.
