Position scope:
The Trainer for Gameshows is responsible for preparing Trainees to excel at our Gameshows. This includes creating and delivering training programs, conducting workshops, and developing relevant training materials. The Trainer will work closely with Gameshows Product Owners, Directors, and participants to ensure a seamless and engaging performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to various Gameshows formats.
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions and workshops with Gameshows participants.
- Evaluate and assess participants' skills, providing constructive feedback and improvement plans.
- Create and maintain customized training materials and resources.
- Collaborate with Gameshows production teams to align training with show requirements.
- Provide training for any relevant games that have been previously learned by the Trainer.
- Foster a supportive and motivating training environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar training or coaching role, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training programs.
- Entertainment abilities and a dynamic, engaging personality.
- Strong understanding of Gameshow dynamics and Player’s psychology.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Demonstrated teachability and ability to learn new games and training methods quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, entertainment, or a related field (preferred).
