This role is with the ARRISE group powering Pragmatic Play.     
Responsibilities:  

- Oversees shipment and inventory management while aiding in studio project construction.
- Maintain the studio's technical aspects, refining the construction process and coordinating resources.
- Remain available to offer assistance during emergencies or critical situations.
- Verify and accept incoming material deliveries, then distribute them to assigned departments or
individuals, while also preparing materials for outgoing shipments;
- Contribute to studio equipment maintenance and repairs, keeping a detailed log of maintenance activities.
- Secure and deliver necessary materials for specific tasks and promptly notify line manager of any inventory or
material-related concerns that could impact project deadlines.
- Generate reports, and maintain accurate inventory records while ensuring the safety of materials.
- Provides encouragement and guidance to fresh hires, aiding in the instruction of Gaming Equipment
administration.
- Tasked with developing protocols, processes, and metrics for performance evaluation.
- Takes initiative in addressing or predicting issues.
- Regularly updates line manager on Key Performance Indicators.
- Engaged in the standardization of processes according to ISO standards
- Supervises the team under his/her view.
- Assigns tasks to appropriate team members.
- Structures workflows and assesses employee performance.


Requirements:  

- To be able to work in shifts
- 3+ years of experience in the field;
- Management experience
- Familiarized with the iGaming industry
- Great communication and interpersonal skills;  
- Organizational skills and attention to details;  
- PC literate;  
- Fluency in English;  
- Reliability and discretion;  
- Adaptability / Organizational skills. 
- Problem solving skills.
