Duties & Responsibilities
•    Deliver high-quality onboarding and refresher training for Game Presenters and Shufflers, ensuring consistent instructional excellence.
•    Mentor and coach junior trainers by providing guidance, classroom observations, and constructive feedback.
•    Lead trainee assessments, practical evaluations, and final certification to ensure operational readiness.
•    Review, update, and enhance training materials to reflect operational changes, partner requirements, and best practices.
•    Ensure all training content remains accurate, standardized, and aligned with current company procedures.
•    Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and reduce time-to-floor while maintaining quality standards.
•    Monitor trainee performance, attendance, pass rates, and post-training success, preparing detailed reports for management.
•    Collaborate with Training Supervisors, Shift Managers, and Operations to communicate trainee readiness and development needs.
•    Support training schedules and resource planning during periods of increased hiring activity.
•    Conduct regular observations on the studio floor to identify performance trends and develop targeted refresher training.
•    Promote a culture of continuous learning, professionalism, and operational excellence within the Training Department.
•    Maintain accurate training records, documentation, and compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
 
Requirements: 
  • Minimum of six months of seniority within the Training Department
  • No disciplinary records within the past 12 months
  • KPIs achieved consistently over the past six months
  • Positive feedback from relevant stakeholders and other roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Training Department processes and procedures
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality training materials
