About the Role:
 
As a Product Owner, you will define and enhance internal tools and APIs that support Live Casino operations. You will collaborate with development teams, translate business needs into requirements, and gain a strong understanding of Live Casino games to ensure seamless integration with Back Office solutions.
 
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Drive the development and enhancement of Back Office tools and API solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Live Casino games, their mechanics, operational needs, and how they interact with Back Office tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine requirements, define user stories, and assist in delivering scalable and efficient Back Office functionalities.
  • Translate business needs into detailed specifications and user stories that development teams can efficiently implement.
  • Identify, analyse, and manage interdependencies across multiple operational, reporting, and Back Office tools.
  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of Back Office solutions with operational and business needs.
  • Create clear, effective documentation and communication materials to support user training and stakeholder management.
  • Analyse system performance, operational workflows, and user feedback to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to leverage data insights and drive automation and efficiency.
  • Support usability and performance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables for internal tools and APIs.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across all Back Office tools and API solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for Back Office systems and API integrations.
 
What We Need From You:
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner working with software development teams, preferably in online gaming. Prior experience in Live Casino is preferred.
  • Eagerness to develop expertise in Live Casino games to understand how game mechanics interact with Back Office and API solutions.
  • Experience working with API-driven products, system integrations, or Back Office solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in understanding system-wide implications of decisions 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in system thinking, with experience in managing complex, interconnected systems and understanding cross-dependencies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with developers, designers, testers, and business teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively in a fast-paced, interconnected environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
