The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate-Level Junior Corporate Administrator to join our Corporate Department . This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong academic background in law, business administration, or a related field. The Corporate Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the team, assisting in a range of corporate matters, ensuring corporate governance, compliance with corporate secretarial requirements across a number of jurisdictions, and contributing to the efficient management of corporate management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Corporate Document Management: Assist in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of corporate documents and records. Ensure timely updates and accuracy of all corporate files by local corporate secretarial partners.
- Research and Compliance: Support the corporate team with corporate research, including statutes, regulations, and local corporate requirements. Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies, corporate secretarial requirements, and industry standards.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the corporate department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Corporate Governance: Help with the preparation and management of corporate governance documents, including meeting minutes, resolutions, and board meeting materials.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various departments (e.g., HR, finance, compliance) to ensure corporate compliance is integrated into all aspects of business operations.
- Document Drafting and Proofreading: Draft and proofread routine corporate correspondence, documents, and reports, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and error-free.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with ad-hoc corporate projects and any other tasks as required by the corporate team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduates or candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply. Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Basic understanding of corporate law and legal principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience: While prior professional experience in a legal, corporate or administrative role is not required, internships, volunteering, or academic projects in law, corporate, business, or related areas are highly desirable.
