Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage support initiatives aimed at maintaining and enhancing the on-camera image of our employees. In this role, you will coordinate various activities designed to ensure that every team member projects a polished, professional appearance that aligns with our company standards. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in upholding a consistent and compelling visual presentation across all on-camera interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly maintain and update employee records from an image perspective to ensure they align with the company's standards.
- Deliver comprehensive training on image requirements, ensuring employees understand and adhere to best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend image improvements based on employee feedback or company directives, and oversee the implementation of these changes.
- Review and approve the image of each new employee prior to their first studio entrance to ensure they meet established standards.
- Create and distribute detailed written materials and procedures that outline image standards and guidelines.
- Conduct image tests across various studio projects to ensure quality and consistency.
- Communicate relevant image-related information through designated internal channels to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Periodically review and update the documentation dedicated to employee image management.
- Organize and support sessions for presenting the company’s standards guide and facilitate practical workshops to reinforce image best practices.
- Reviews and determines the approval or rejection of appearance change requests based on established criteria.
Candidate Requirements:
- Expertise: 2+ years of professional hands-on experience in makeup application and hairstyling and at least 1 year in Appearance Department.
- Professional certificate: Must hold a diploma or professional certification in hairstyling/make-up.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English.
- Technical Skills: PC literate with the ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively.
- Shift Flexibility: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse personalities and cultures.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication and self-discipline skills to maintain a high standard of appearance and interact positively with employees and address any issues efficiently.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Makeup and Hairdressing for Broadcast: Familiarity with makeup and hairstyling techniques specifically for on-camera or broadcast settings.
- Knowledge of Skincare Products: Understanding of skincare products and techniques that can enhance the overall appearance and comfort of individuals during their shifts.
