ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong IT and delivery experience to lead complex, cross-functional projects within our Live Casino Product Team. This role combines physical studio delivery, live operations, and digital product integration, offering a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of gaming, technology, and live production.
We are particularly interested in individuals who stand out — whether through experience in AAA gaming, global tech companies, or exceptional personal achievements.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead end-to-end project delivery (planning → execution → go-live)
- Manage complex, multi-workstream projects across IT, infrastructure, and operations
- Drive collaboration across engineering, product, and studio teams
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Implement process improvements and delivery efficiencies
- Represent the business in client and stakeholder interactions
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- 6+ years of Project Management experience in IT/software delivery
- Proven experience managing cross-functional, technical projects
- Background in gaming, iGaming, digital products, or live production environments
- Experience with AAA games, large-scale platforms, or global tech companies is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in Live Casino / iGaming / Broadcasting
- Background in companies like Google, Amazon, Meta, Spotify, or similar scale-ups
- Unique personal achievements or side projects that demonstrate drive and creativity
