ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Compliance Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Compliance Team and contributing to the smooth operation of compliance processes across the business.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth, with structured training, hands-on exposure, and clear pathways for progression within a large, successful organisation.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Compliance, the Compliance Managers and the wider compliance function and will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the compliance framework, conducting regular audits, and monitoring operations to help mitigate risk across the business.
This is a mid-level position, ideally suited for 3+ years’ experience in a gaming and compliance/regulatory role who is eager to take the next step in their career in compliance within a fast-paced, highly regulated industry.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Maintain up-to-date departmental records, registers, and documentation in line with
regulatory requirements; - Assist Compliance Managers and the Head of Compliance with day-to-day tasks,
projects, and audits; - Carrying out market investigations in territories of interest using open-source information
to help guide business decisions. - Monitor publicly available databases that track regulatory, legal or disciplinary action
taken by authorities against gambling entities and supporting in the interpretation of
decisions and judgments issued by the authorities. - Support in the regular review and updating of policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance across regulated markets;
- Support the preparation of internal and external audits by gathering and organising
required documentation. - Contribute to departmental initiatives, training sessions, and continuous improvement
projects.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- A degree in Law, Criminology, Business, Finance, Risk, or a related discipline would be
considered an asset but is not essential. - In the absence of a degree an applicant would be required to have 2-3 years of relevant
experience. - Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with compliance or
CRM tools is a plus. - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess information critically.
- Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn with a strong sense of integrity.
