Position Scope
The Studio Manager is responsible for leading and supervising Team Managers, ensuring smooth studio operations, and driving performance improvements. This role requires a balance between strategic leadership and hands-on involvement in staff training and development. Reporting to the Operations Manager and Head of Live Casino Operations, the Studio Manager collaborates with multiple departments to maintain high standards and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise day-to-day operations, overseeing and guiding Team Managers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve processes, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Monitor dealer performance, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual standards.
- Mentor and develop Team Managers, equipping them with the necessary leadership and managerial skills.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, Training, and other departments to align operational goals and ensure a high-performance work environment.
- Foster a culture of operational efficiency, accountability, and adaptability across all teams.
Requirements:
2+ years of managerial experience, strong track records in leading and management development.
Strong leadership and coaching skills to support Team Managers' growth.
Fluency in Bulgarian and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team engagement.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
Industry experience in iGaming/Live Casino Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong leadership and coaching skills to support Team Managers' growth.
Fluency in Bulgarian and English

Industry experience in iGaming/Live Casino Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
