Role Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing uniform and stock management, ensuring accurate inventory, proper fit, and compliance with procedures. The role coordinates uniform issuance, quality control, record keeping, and collaboration with tailors and departments to maintain high presentation standards.
 
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and control the physical stock of goods and uniforms, ensuring accurate records, documentation, and system updates
  • Perform goods reception, stock movements, and periodic stock counts, reporting any discrepancies to the hierarchical superior
  • Ensure compliance with stock management legislation and provide accurate stock information when required
  • Organize and optimize storage areas, maintaining orderly stockrooms and efficient use of space
  • Oversee uniform distribution, ensuring correct sizing, fit, and coordination of alterations with tailors
  • Manage spare uniform inventory, dry-cleaning logistics, and QA reports related to uniforms
  • Maintain employee appearance records, monitor live streams for uniform-related issues, and update Personal Appearance Files

Requirements: 

  • English (written and spoken)
  • PC literate
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Communication and self-control skills
  • Attention skills
  • Experience working in retail, warehousing is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in inventory, warehousing, or uniform administration
  • Familiarity with stock management or ERP software
  • Experience working with tailoring, garment fitting, or appearance standards
