What you would be doing: 
  • Stock & Inventory Management – Track product movement, verify stock levels, manage inventory records, and ensure proper re-stocking.
  • Monthly Ordering Support – Participate in the monthly order process by providing suggestions and communicating predictions on product consumption based on stock levels and department needs.
  • Scheduling & Attendance – Approve shift swaps, update attendance reports, track absences, and manage space rotation.
  • Compliance & Quality Control – Verify hygiene standards, conduct studio checks, and oversee Stylist/Senior Stylist activities.
  • Training & Assessment – Prepare and administer quizzes, document results, and support onboarding workshops for new employees.
  • Reporting & Communication – Provide feedback on team performance, document activities, and report concerns to management.
 
What makes you a strong candidate:
  • Expertise: Previous experience in inventory management, scheduling, or administrative roles – 1 year min. 
  • Professional Background: Experience in beauty, fashion, or appearance-related industries is a plus. 
  • Language Skills:  Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internal scheduling/stock management software.
  • Shift Flexibility: 8/9 hours/day, 5 days/week.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse personalities and cultures.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication and self-discipline skills to maintain a high standard of appearance and interact positively with employees and address any issues efficiently.
  • Experience in team coordination and operational support is an advantage.  (nice to have)
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and improve processes.  (nice to have)
