ABOUT THE ROLE
The Compliance Operations Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the Compliance Department. This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimisation of departmental processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accountability across all compliance teams (Regulatory, Technical, Marketing, and Live Studio Compliance).
The ideal candidate is highly organised, analytical, and solutions-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead improvement initiatives, and work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Operational Oversight & Coordination
- Support the Head of Compliance Operations in defining, documenting, and streamlining end-to-end compliance workflows.
- Oversee daily operational performance across teams to ensure alignment with departmental SLAs and service quality standards.
- Monitor JIRA and other ticketing systems to track request volumes, turnaround times, and team responsiveness.
- Identify inefficiencies, propose process enhancements, and lead implementation of improvements.
- Maintain oversight of compliance trackers, dashboards, and Confluence documentation libraries.
Governance, Quality & Reporting
- Ensure all compliance procedures and documentation remain accurate, up to date, and audit-ready.
- Lead quality reviews and follow-up actions to improve consistency and accountability across the teams.
- Produce operational performance reports and insights for senior management and internal audits.
- Support internal and external audit readiness activities, coordinating deliverables and follow-up actions.
- Communicate clearly with key business stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and progress is visible.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in a compliance operations, business process, or project management role, ideally within iGaming, financial services, or a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of process optimisation, governance, and data tracking tools (e.g JIRA, Confluence, Excel/Sheets).
- Exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating projects or managing small teams.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Desirable
- Prior experience working in or alongside Compliance, Legal, or Risk teams.
- Experience implementing process automation or workflow tracking solutions.
- Knowledge of online gaming operations preferred.
